Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Tradebookr. We have written them in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

1. What Tradebookr is

Tradebookr is a subscription service that gives UK tradespeople a shareable booking page. Your customers can visit your link, fill in a job request, and you can confirm or reject it from your dashboard.

Tradebookr is a tool. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your customers. We do not employ tradespeople, we do not vet them, and we do not take any commission on jobs.

2. Your subscription

  • The subscription costs £20 per month.
  • All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start your trial.
  • After the trial, you need to add payment details to keep using the service.
  • You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • We will give you advance notice before any changes to pricing.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • You must be 18 or over to use Tradebookr.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your booking page, including your services, prices, availability, and qualifications.
  • You are responsible for your own relationship with your customers. Tradebookr is not involved in any contract between you and a customer.
  • You are responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations that apply to your trade.

4. What Tradebookr is not responsible for

  • We are not responsible for any disputes between you and your customers.
  • We do not guarantee that you will receive bookings, that customers will show up, or that jobs will proceed.
  • We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
  • We are not liable for any loss of business resulting from downtime, technical issues, or service changes.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Tradebookr to:

  • Misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or services
  • Collect customer data for any purpose other than managing bookings
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
  • Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms.

6. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. To permanently close your account and request deletion of your data, email support@tradebookr.co.uk.

7. Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. If you disagree with a change, you are free to cancel your subscription.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
